I tried to reset my password but I never received a reset email.
If you did not receive an email, you probably entered an email that is not the email associated with your account. You will need to submit an issue.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
You will need to submit an issue. Please provide your full name and the email associated with your account if you remember it.
How can I change my username?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your username. You can create a new account, but any access privileges will have to be duplicated manually by the support team. Please submit an issue with your old username and email.
How can I change my email?
Though you have a single account that is able to log into the Gracepoint website and applications, each website and application stores its own copy of your email. So if you want to change your password for GraceWiki, you will need to use sign in to GraceWiki and change it there. Changing your password on the Gracepoint website will not change your email on GraceWiki.
Who has access to web applications like GraceWiki or GraceList?
Gracepoint's web applications are only available to post-undergraduate members. If you qualify but are still without access, please have your ministry lead submit an issue on your behalf.
I recently reset my password and can sign in to Gracepoint's main website. However, I still can't sign in to other web applications like GraceWiki or GraceList using my new password
Try signing out of Gracepoint's main website and then signing back in. Then try signing in to GraceWiki.
What is so important about my Gracepoint login? What websites can I access with my Gracepoint login
The login you create on the main Gracepoint website is actually a global login that will allow you access to other Gracepoint web applications such as GraceWiki and GraceList. However, this global access is only enabled for post-undergraduate members. Once this global access is enabled, you will be able to use the same username and password to access any of Gracepoint's web applications. However, you login will not work with externally manages sites, like our ministry blogs, which are run on blog platforms such as Wordpress and Blogspot.
